New Year’s Eve Kitchen Dinner at Imi Bar & Brasserie

An evening of delicious food, great company and good music: Celebrate New Year’s Eve with us and welcome 2027 in style.

The highlight of the evening is our Kitchen Dinner. A generous buffet set up right in the heart of our kitchen invites you to explore, taste and indulge. Wander from station to station and watch Executive Chef Kevin Kirchmaier and his team prepare a variety of dishes and specialities right before your eyes. Then enjoy your selection in the festive atmosphere of our Brasserie.

From refined starters and a tempting selection of main courses to a generous dessert buffet with a fine assortment of cheeses, there is plenty to discover. Look forward to freshly prepared tartare, a sashimi station, Beef Wellington and pasta served straight from a wheel of Parmesan. Create your own New Year’s Eve menu exactly as you please.

Here’s how we’ll celebrate the New Year together:

• 7.30 pm: Champagne reception with truffle and caviar specialities at Imi Bar
• 8.30 pm: Kitchen Dinner at the Brasserie
• Until 02 am: After party at Imi Bar with DJ Fred Licci
