The Brasserie in the Volkshaus Basel is the culinary heart of the house. The menu consists of traditional classics of the “Cuisine du Marché” and varied seasonal dishes that can be enjoyed under a sea of mouth-blown lights in a big-city atmosphere.

Our Chef, Kevin Kirchmaier, has crafted an exclusive anniversary dish that changes with the seasons, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern flavours – now a permanent feature on our dinner menu in honor of classic French haute cuisine.
