GETTING THERE BY TRAIN
Basel train station (SBB) and Französischer Bahnhof (French railway station, SNCF):
Exit the station towards Centralbahnplatz. Then take the tram No. 8, direction Kleinhüningen, to Claraplatz.
Badischer Bahnhof:
Tram No. 6, direction Allschwil to Claraplatz.
GETTING THERE BY CAR
From Zurich / Berne:
Via the A3, exit 3, direction of Basel / Grenzach / Wyhlen / Wettstein, turn right on Grenzacherstrasse into Wettsteinplatz. Exit Rebgasseon roundabout and continue until parking garage Rebgasse. (There are no private parking facilities at Volkshaus Basel – please use car park Rebgasse).
From Germany and France:
Motorway direction of Weil am Rhein. Having passed the customs office, exit Basel Nord / Kleinhüningen, then to follow direction of Messe.
GETTING THERE BY PLANE:
EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse:
Bus No. 50 to Kannenfeldplatz. Then, tram No. 1 to Dreirosenbrücke, and tram No. 8 or No. 17 to Claraplatz next.
